Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and Audyense LLP, which provides the Sojig service ("Sojig", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: support@sojig.com.

1. What Sojig does

Sojig audits your website every week, plans SEO work, drafts fixes, articles and link-outreach emails, checks rankings and AI answers, and, when you approve them, publishes changes to your connected website or sends emails from your connected inbox. Nothing is published or sent without your approval.

2. No guaranteed results

Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings and answers. We don't and can't guarantee any ranking, traffic, mention in AI answers, link or result. Our data comes from third parties and may be incomplete or delayed.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Outreach rules

Outreach emails are sent from your own inbox, in your name, so you are the sender. You agree to:

We may pause outreach for an account that breaks these rules or receives abuse complaints.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Sojig to break the law or anyone's rights, publish spam or deceptive content, mass-produce pages to manipulate search rankings, attack or overload any system, or resell the service without our written agreement.

6. Plans, trial and billing

7. When a plan ends, and deleting your account

When a plan ends, the app becomes read-only and the weekly work stops. Your site's data is deleted 30 days later unless you resubscribe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which deletes your data immediately and cancels billing.

8. Your content and data

You own your content and data. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve Sojig for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. We own the Sojig software and brand.

9. Third-party services

Sojig works with services you connect (such as Google, Microsoft, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and GitHub). Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or changes.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Sojig is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, rankings or data. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or to protect others, and will tell you why where we can.

12. Changes and law

We'll email customers about material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to its courts, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights.
