This policy explains what personal data Sojig collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. "Sojig", "we" and "us" means Audyense LLP, which provides the Sojig service, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions: support@sojig.com.

3. Connected accounts and Google user data

We only use connected accounts to do what you ask in the app: read search and analytics data for your site, publish or save the changes and drafts you approve, and send the outreach emails you approve. Connections are made through Composio, which stores the access tokens; you can disconnect any account in Settings at any time. For self-hosted WordPress we store the application password you create, encrypted.

Sojig's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use Google user data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models. With Gmail, we only send the specific emails you approve and read replies to those emails to honor opt-out requests.

5. How long we keep data

6. People who receive outreach emails

Our customers use Sojig to suggest their resources to editors whose articles cover their field. To do that, we use your name, work email address and job title (found on your website or through MoltSets, a business contact database), and the public page you wrote. The customer reviews and approves every email and sends it from their own inbox. Each email names the sender and their company address and explains where your address came from.

The legal basis is legitimate interest in contacting businesses about relevant resources. We only use work addresses, never personal ones, and contact the same site at most once every 90 days. You can object at any time: reply "stop" to the email or use its opt-out link. You will not be emailed again by that customer or any other Sojig customer. You can also email support@sojig.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK and California), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email support@sojig.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

We store data in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EU or UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK addendum) or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, secrets are kept in AWS Secrets Manager, connected-account passwords are encrypted, and sign-in uses one-time links or Google. No system is perfectly secure; we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

10. Children

Sojig is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 16.

11. Cookies on our website

When you first visit sojig.com, we ask whether you accept cookies. Until you choose, and if you reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser.

12. Changes

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and email customers before they take effect.
